Craft Certificate in Supply Chain Management (Level 5
The Supply Chain Management Level Five (5) Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to procure organizations’ goods and services, warehouse procured goods, distribute stored goods, participate in procurement contracts management, participate in organizational assets disposal, conduct market survey and handle organizations goods within the institution’s/organizations acceptable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Entry Requirements:
An individual entering this course should have any of the following minimum requirements:
- a) Supply Chain Master Craft Certificate Level 4.
Or
- b) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) D (D PLAIN).
Or
- c) Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA).
Duration:One Academic Year (12 Months) + Industrial Attachment (2 Months)

Diploma in Supply Chain Management (Level 6)
The Supply Chain Management Level Six Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to procure organizations’ goods and services, oversee warehousing of procured goods, oversee distribution of stored goods, manage supply chain operations, manage procurement contracts and dispose organizational assets within the institution’s/organizations acceptable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Entry Requirements:
An individual entering this course should have any of the following minimum requirements:
- a) Supply Chain Master Craft Certificate Level 5
Or
- b) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) C- (C MINUS)
Or
- c) Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA)
Duration: Two Academic Years (16 Months) + Industrial Attachment (3 Months)
